Grumblatt averaged 32.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 4.0 steals per game across the three contests. In her biggest scoring game of the week, she dropped a career-best 44 points, including six three-pointers against regional power, Trinity. She just missed a double-double against the Bantams with nine reobunds. She would get her double-double in the next contest, a GNAC victory over Colby-Sawyer on Wednesday (Feb. 7). She scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, while also coming away with five steals. Her strong play would continue in a GNAC matchup with Dean in which she scored 27 points and grabbed six boards to go along with five more takeaways. During the week, Grumblatt also moved into second all-time on the Raiders scoring list and became the all-time three-point record holder.

Freshman • Guard • Ashford, CT

Fongemie pumped in a career-high 28 points (9-16 FG, 4-5 3FG), the most points scored by a Cardinal in a single game this season, to lead Wesleyan to the team's first win over Tufts since 2006 on Friday night. Fongemie followed with 14 points on Saturday against Bates.

  • Jordyn Franzen, UNE (Sr. | Guard | Salem, NH) - Averaged 23.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists (3.0 ast/to), and 2.5 steals in a 2-0 week completing regular-season sweeps of Curry and Roger Williams, while shooting 55% from the field and 47% from deep. Scored career point 1,000 at Curry (66th game; 27th player in program history, with the 8th-best PPG). Second-highest point game of career against RWU, which included 14 in the 1st quarter (of 21), 12 in the 4th (of 17), and 7-of-10 accuracy from downtown.
  • Angelica Hurley, St. Joseph Maine (Sr. | Guard | Groveland, MA) - Hurley averaged 19.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.5 steals in a 2-0 week for Saint Joseph's College. The senior guard scored 16 points with 13 boards in a decisive victory over Emmanuel on Wednesday and became the 27th member of the Monks' 1000-Point Club with 23 points in a lopsided win over Mitchell College on Saturday.
  • Flannery O'Connor, Framingham State (Sr. | Forward | Amesbury, MA) - Scored 21 points with 12 rebounds in only 21 minutes of action in Rams' win over MCLA. She scored the game's first eleven points and moved into second place on the Rams all-time scoring list
  • Taylor Salato, Eastern Connecticut (Jr. | Forward | East Haven, CT) - In a 1-1 week, Taylor Salato averaged 26 points and 10.5 rebounds with a 59.0 shooting percentage (23-of-39), with four total blocked shots and only two turnovers in 67 minutes. In a 70-55 road win over VTSU Castleton, the six-foot junior hit her first seven shots and 15 of 23 in the game and finished with 33 points (her fourth 30-point game this year) and 14 rebounds for her eighth double-double of the season (she has missed five additional double-doubles by one rebound). In a 68-37 home loss to Keene State College, Salato had 19 points and seven rebounds on 50 percent shooting and without a turnover in 35 minutes.
  • Carly Whiteside, UMass Dartmouth (Sr. | Forward | Barnstable, MA) - Whiteside was named the LEC Player of the Week after averaging 19 points and six rebounds per game while shooting 68 percent (13-of-19) from the field and draining each of her free throw attempts in a pair of wins for the 23rd-ranked Corsairs, while averaging just 22.5 minutes per contest. She scored 14 points with seven boards, two assists, two blocks and two steals over 22 minutes in a 65-37 win over UMass Boston, going 5-of-9 from the field and 4-for-4 at the line. Whiteside then scored a game-high 24 points on 8-of-10 shooting from the field with a pair of threes and six made free throws in a 67-40 victory over Southern Maine. She also pulled down five rebounds over her 23 minutes played against the Huskies.

  • Amanda DeAngelis, Suffolk (Sr. | Forward | Londonderry, NH) - With seven straight victories Suffolk is on its longest win streak since stringing 10 wins in a row Nov. 27, 2017-Jan. 25, 2018 ... Had her sixth consecutive double-double, 17th of the season and 33rd of her collegiate career. 
  • Sophia Gaucher, Bridgewater State (Sr. | Forward | Lakeville, MA) - Averaged 16.5 points, nine rebounds, two assists and 3.5 steals in a perfect 2-0 MASCAC week for the Bears while shooting 60% (15-25) from the floor. Notched 18 points, four rebounds, two assists, three steals and a blocked shot in a 77-40 victory over Worcester State. Posted a double-double with 15 points and a career-high 14 rebounds (six offensive) to go along with two assists and four steals in a 95-51 win over Fitchburg State University. 
  • Jordan Ouellette, University of Saint Joseph (Sr. | Forward | Bristol, CT) - Averaged a double-double for USJ during a perfect 2-0 week, scoring 15.5 points per game on an efficient 61.9 percent clip (13-of-21) while hauling in 10.5 rebounds per game. Started the week with 15 points, 10 rebounds and a block during a 70-49 road win at JWU. Rounded out the week by posting 16 points and 11 rebounds in a 72-49 victory at Elms.
  • Yasmine Santos, Mitchell (Sr. | Guard | Pawtucket, RI) - Santos continued her dominant play for the Mitchell women's basketball team, averaging 28 points,13 rebounds, 6.0 steals, and 4.5 assists per game across a pair of GNAC contests. Santos began the week by recording her first career triple-double in a conference win over Dean College, finishing with 34 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 steals. She added four assists against the Bulldogs, while shooting 44.4% from the floor and going 10-10 from the free throw line. The senior forward delivered for the Mariners once again on Saturday against Saint Joseph's College (ME), tallying 22 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and a pair of steals in the road GNAC showdown. Santos was once again efficient from the free-throw line against the Monks, going 8-11, and finished the week 18-21 from the stripe. 
  • Rachel Vinton, Springfield (So. | Guard | Holden, MA) - Vinton willed Springfield to a pair of conference wins last week as Springfield improved to 19-4 on the year. The graduate student guard averaged 16 points, 6.0 steals, and 4.0 assists per game while shooting 56% from the floor. After totaling 12 points, nine steals, and four assists at Salve Regina, she knocked down her first seven field goal attempts en route to a 20-point game at Babson, marking the Pride's first win at Babson since 2018.
