- Elle Jo Whalen, Smith College (Sr. | Forward | Woodinville, Wash.) -Elle Jo Whalen averaged 11.5 points and 14.0 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week for the Pioneers who finish the first semester with an 8-1 record. The senior forward posted a double-double of 12 points and 13 rebounds to go along with two assists and two steals in a 65-60 win over Williams on December 7. She followed that performance with 11 points and 15 rebounds in Smith's 68-48 victory at New England College. Whalen shot 66.7 percent from the field in over the two games.
- Melissa Gray, Westfield State (Sr. | Guard | Peabody, Mass.) - Gray averaged 26 points, nine rebounds, five steals and 3.5 assists per game in a 1-1 week for the Owls. Gray opened the week with 25 points and six rebounds in a 66-60 loss at Connecticut College, then carried Westfield to a 87-72 win over Western New England with a monster 27 point, 12 rebound, eight steal, seven-assist performance, in which she also topped 1500 points for her career.
- Jordan Ouellette, St Joseph's (Conn.) (So. | Guard/Forward |Bristol, Conn.) - Ouellette posted a highly-efficient week of play, which resulted in three wins for the Bluejays. The sophomore averaged 20 points, shot 60.5% from the field, and grabbed 6.7 rebounds.
- Molly Ryan, Tufts University (Sr. | Guard | Westfield, N.J.) - Ryan led the Jumbos to victories over WPI and MIT this week. Her 13 first-half points led Tufts to a 40-25 halftime advantage against WPI, then her 12 points in the second half led the Jumbos to pulling away from MIT.
- Kayla Goldring, New England College (Sr. | Forward| Hollywood, Md. ) - Goldring, who as named NAB Player of the Week, averaged 12.5 points, 16.5 rebounds, with two steals, and a block. In an early week win over Wellesley, the senior forward hauled in 25 rebounds, which is second most single game total in all of Division III basketball so far this season.
