Ramirez-Tejeda took over the 35th Annual Emmanuel College Tip-Off Classic, averaging 35.0 points and 18.0 rebounds over two games to help lift the Saints to the program's first victory in their opening tourney since the 2013 season. The junior started the weekend out with career-bests of 28 points and 16 rebounds in a 96-63 victory over Gallaudet before following it up with new career-highs in a 102-89 win vs. Westfield State, dropping 42 points to go along with 20 rebounds. She added seven assists and five steals on the weekend to earn MVP honors.

Freshman • Guard • Holmdel, N.J.

In a 1-1 week for MIT, Antonakakis averaged 17 points, shooting 52 percent from the floor (13-25), while producing 3.0 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in 26.0 minutes coming off the bench. She kicked things off by posting 12 points and five assists in 24 minutes of an 88-54 win over Heidelberg on Saturday. The next day, Antonakakis amassed a game-high 22 points to go along with four rebounds and three steals in 28 minutes in an 81-72 loss at No. 8 Chicago.

  • Tara Berger, Wesleyan (Senior | Forward | Purchase, N.Y.) - Berger was terrific in Wesleyan's 2018-19 opening weekend as she averaged 20 points and 15 rebounds in two games. In the team's season-opener, she dropped 22 points on 6-of-11 shooting while grabbing 16 boards and blocking three shots in a loss to Cabrini. The following day, she scored 18 points, pulled in 14 boards, dished out four assists, blocked four shots, and recorded two steals in an 82-59 win over Swarthmore.
  • Lauren Bondi, Smith (Senior | Guard | Burnaby, B.C.) - Bondi led the Pioneers to a 4-0 opening week, averaging 19.0 points, 4.0 assists, and 2.8 steals per game while shooting 55.2 percent from three-point range and 87.5 percent from the free throw line. In an 80-55 win over Dean College on November 15, Bondi scored a career-high 30 points and set the program record for three-pointers in a game with seven. She poured in 19 points against Norwich on November 17 and connected on 5-of-7 from long distance. The senior was named to the All-Tournament Team of the Tyler Tip-Off Tournament with a 12 point, five assist, and three steal performance in Smith's 74-65 win against Hartwick in the tournament title game. 
  • Emily Farrell, Western New England (Junior | Guard | New Fairfield, Conn.) - Farrell averaged 16.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.3 steals per game in a 2-1 week for the Golden Bears. In Tuesday's 58-49 victory over Springfield, she scored 15 points and added seven assists & five rebounds as Western New England defeated its crosstown rival for the first time since 2014. She followed that up with a career-high 21 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals in an 80-74 victory over Rutgers-Camden at the Neumann Tip-Off Tournament. On Sunday in the championship game against host Neumann, she recorded 13 points, seven boards, four steals and two assists in a three-point loss.
  • Maddie Hasson, Bowdoin (Junior | Forward | South Portland, Maine) - Hasson was named MVP of the Coastal Classic Tip-Off Tournament last weekend after averaging 19.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks per game while shooting 84.2% from the field. She had 11 points on perfect 4-4 shooting against Regis on Friday before scoring a career-high 27 points on Saturday against Colby Sawyer on 12-15 shooting from the field. 
  • Angelina Marazzi, Fitchburg State (Junior | Guard | Manchester, N.H.) - Marazzi averaged 19.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, six assists and 1.3 steals per contest in a 2-1 week for the Falcons. She collected a game-best 25 points, five boards, five assists and one steal in an 80-67 win over Clark on Wednesday before adding 17 points, one rebound, eight assists, two steals and a block in a 68-55 setback to Wellesley on Friday. Marazzi concluded the week with 16 points, four boards, five assists, one steal and one block in a 78-49 triumph over Mount Holyoke on Saturday.
  • Brooke Raiche, Castleton (Sophomore | Guard | Ira, Vt.) - Raiche had a career week in helping the Spartans move to 4-0 on the season, averaging 26.5 points per game while posting a career-high 31 points in a Wednesday road win against NVU-Lyndon. The sophomore guard shot 12-of-17 (70.6%) from the floor on the road Wednesday, including a 3-for-5 mark from three and a 4-for-4 effort at the free-throw line. In Saturday's home opener against NVU-Johnson, Raiche came through again with 22 points on 6-of-14 shooting and 8-of-9 at the free-throw line. In total, Raiche shot 58.1 percent from the field, 62.5 percent from three and 92.3 percent at the free-throw line. She added 7.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game for the week.
